    Hi All,

    Obviously there has been  a strong focus on the negative side of the debate over recent days.  But lets stop and look at the whole picture, BAL is now covered by 9 analysts, of which 2 have a SELL rating.   I'll try and post a few bits from the non Citi perspective...
