Vayama - I don't think you can ignore the 5 fundamentals sensors (touch, taste, smell, listen & sight) at work that influence the mind's perception of reality and a person "mindfulness", the collection of responses to internal and external stimuli.
How would a person that is deaf, voiceless and blind achieve "wisdom/insight" without initial sensory experience? How would a child know a faith?
