Agreed, though cannot see why they won't do it at a higher price.

I note in the 20 September announcement that they had 45 days to do DD on Morabisi. Assuming is from the 20th (or thereabouts), that comes to an end this week.

So all going well, announcement next week, share price moves up. Capital raise at a higher price based on 30 day vwap, with the Morabisi earn-in as a good a reason as any for more capital.

Add on top the OHD project which IMO looks extremely promising and truly innovative + commercial. At anytime they could announce additional licenses outside Aus/NZ - would be surprised if they didn't, results are exceptional so far and there seems to be a lot of interest with the unsolicited offers to take it over that have been reported. The FA on that project alone looks extremely good and worth double the SP alone IMO.

Agree they need cash, but absolutely no reason for them not to get it at the highest price possible which is very achievable. They'd be crazy to raise here.

Also - all the bolded mentions in announcements regarding results over weeks but they'd provide updates throughout indicates to me they're keen to keep the momentum going.
