Michael you are right when vrc signed their 3 MOU's there was certainly a JORC resource in place. It was actually mns that didn't have a jorc in place when they signed theirs. Yet again this is simply incorrect statements by Mr Specter. Just for the record the vrc ann said they were concluded after months of preparation.
Whilst we are talking MOU's I still think mns have made a huge mistake ignoring China they still Supply 75% of the graphite market. Thankfully S Hunt has recognized the benefits of having both Chinese and western off takes and has been powering forward on both fronts.
