Hi this_is_it, the guarantee is that a GPN holder will get a minimum of 10000 YRR shares per holding, not pro rata. So if one person has $25K of GPN shares and another has $1K of GPN shares, they are still both entitled to the same minimum of 10000 shares, or $2K worth of YRR (yes, with a free option). No more guaranteed.
$2k worth is better than none at all, and this is going to be VERY VERY tightly held, and will run. I think you will find buying will come from all areas, especially our neighbours, and the Chinese agents who want a slice, eg Uranex et al. Cheers.
