Why would they have honestly thought that anyone would accept a 20c offer?
Good news is they will lose a truck tonne of money if they dump their 10% on market, so I guess that isnt an option
Hopefully we can get close to the $24m back that we paid for SHI, that should rule out the need for a capital raising
