I've been cautiously considering this too, i'm on iOS so haven't tried but from what I've read so far benefits have largely been in speedtest.net. It's also important to note that their testing results of late have all been done through speedtest.net which isn't a representative test.
If i recall re correctly back in VTX days (When it was still called NexGen Networks) they did much more comprehensive test with youtube, FB, netflix etc?
