Iota was cancelled as they based the shares to be issued on the share price and would have handed more than a 50% stake to them.
What should be the two biggest news items for the company to date - a paying customer and the release of their app - are just stuck in the quarterly report with nothing further said. Sums the company up pretty well I guess
