re: seller: manipulation I would have thought John Doran (ROC) would also have wanted to be nearby when the announcement is made. Anyone know if he's got back from his 3 week European holiday?
I wouldn't be surprised if there's no announcement for another week or two yet, particularly if drilling is delayed to September. News always seems to take longer than expected... the suspense is excruciating!
