Unfortunately for AGO while the IOP may be on the up, production is on the decrease. Along with mine closure costs, fixed rate and admin costs need to be spread across fewer tonnes. It may be a case that the existing profitably pays down debt leaving a a hollowed out shell of a producer with no real growth opportunity.
