i meant to add - this is exactly the kind of time buffett is talking about when he says to buy when others are fearful.
you dont know where the bottom is - but you know anything sub 3.50 is pricing in an oil price thats lower than what most people expect a balanced oil market will now deliver (ie 50-60us) in 2017
cheaper is better of course.
imo watch for when every $1 oil price fall starts resulting in smaller and smaller falls in your target stocks price. whether its sto or any other.
thats usually best guide to when to get in.
