It would be nice to know what "further non-clinical studies" are required.
It is obvious (imo) that this FDA crowd is very "Dodgy" (Australian slang meaning: 1. suspicious and underhanded; 2. difficult; awkward; tricky; 3. unsound;4. dishonest).
Agree it may be time to stop "flogging a dead horse" (aka the FDA) and move to other jurisdictions.
