So all the fear-mongering about not being able to get money out of China is actually true? I'm rapidly developing serious concerns about owning an ASX-listed company that is legally unable to deploy its cash.
This doesn't sound like a bank issue @Oldren , but a government policy and therefore sovereign risk issue. I'm wondering if you perhaps can't really own a company in China, and therefore don't really have access to the company's future cash flows.
