TA you are right you should definitely ask this question. Don't just direct towards PC alone because 35k on market in the last 2 months amid multiple announcements is a reasonable amount IMHO (not peanuts anyway). You should direct the question towards MR mostly and also MF maybe CB now as well??
Actions speak louder than words so if they are this confident, I would be expecting them to load up at least 1/3 of their liquid cash/assets into IAM stock a piece...
Maybe MF does not have much in the way of cash ATM due to not taking salary for so long?
There could be a number of reasons so just be careful when asking because obviously these are quite personal questions...
