Zorba not hating here but surely just because the network engineers don't understand doesn't mean it's smoke and mirrors. It's like hot water freezing faster than cold water ... I don't understand that but it's not a trick. If they understood the technology behind the app they could have designed it - they can only analyse based on what I imagine is old school technological practices ?
