I doubt that the Reflow manufacturing contract has a simple fixed price based in US dollars. Redflow has previously stated that their contract with Flextronics includes incentives to reduce manufactured cost through sharing of cost savings they initiate. Now it is perhaps possible for Flex to shaft Redflow, but I doubt that they have reached their current size and reputation by treating their customers badly.

Flextronics is headquartered in Singapore, so I'm not sure it is 100% accurate to call them an American company.
