No, its my opinion that the current board want to buy your shares for as little as possible and then liquidate the company making themselves a nice profit.
Maybe there plan is to bore the holders with lack of information.
My only advice as always is to raise your concerns with ASIC about the lack of communication and the effort they are going to in an attempt to grow shareholder value.
