Given i dont believe suda has any real interested parties or that they have the capabilities to pull off a deal let alone go it alone to develop get approved manufacture and market such a product arguments over the i.p. is largely irrelevant.

Imho the only hope is if suda flukes enough interest to justify a takeover which sees us getting 5c or so and we all move on. Otherwise it is more of the just over the next hill stuff into the foreseeable future
