Cappers....do they exist....in/with any share......who knows.
What I was referring to though was to volume....you must admit, that the volume is being surgically accumulated on each drop, allowed to recover, sold down and sellers taken out relatively quickley (by time).

More importantly....all BLR needs is some patience, as most posters here have had, and will continue to display.
