I agree. I also think the company needs to align itself with people who are capable. The old argument - why dilute shareholder value when we're on the verge of taking this to the next level - doesn't hold anymore. This company has shown that it cannot take it to the next level. They've reduced their leverage significantly now, but perhaps we can become the biggest bargain in the pharma industry and call it a day. Sadly.
