Would some member of this forum state that he/she will attend the annual meeting, and is willing to "carry a petition" from the other members in the form of comments to this thread, in demanding the specified actions?
Sitting far away in California with my proxy ballot in hand, I will signal my displeasure by voting AGAINST
Resolution 1, non-binding resolution regarding the remuneration report for key personnel
Resolution 2, the re-election of Brian Meltzer and
Resolution 3, the placement issue raising more cash and diluting my shares, in the absence of any clear
plan for moving forward.
Patiently holding shares since 2010 ...
