I do understand why people get VPNs and I've voiced before that I'm unhappy with the selling of data as even though the data is useless people still want the ultimate of privacy and this compromises it.

The wording is fine to me and it's carefully worded. 'During' suggests that it will happen in this period. If the company wanted to make a blanket statement on the sale of data permanently then they would have written it as "The company has updated it's terms of service etc" without the 'during' part.

I'm not circle jerking, even though someone other may be. If you read through any of the posts I posted yesterday they were all relatively critical of why the SP is down and that is the app 'sort of works' but doesn't do enough. Any other posts would have been fact based like pointing out that we are indeed trending in both app stores (which probably doesn't account to much as there has only been one review posted yesterday, so it could have easily been the work of shareholders/daytraders).
