Wondering whether that 700 million shares was a double hit of the 0...instead of an additional 70 million intended? Like another posted above...a Lithium off take agreement with one or even two Chinese partners would have BGS debt free and accelerating the mine permitting?. BGS could well speed up permitting and have long lead time items ordered mid way through next year perhaps...?
