The answer usually lies somewhere in between up rampers and down rampers. The trick is to do your research and stick to your conviction - either way.
There's too much 'upramping/downramping' crap on HotCopper in general, after all its a forum for discussion with thousands of different members with different opinions.
FWIW - I think 5c is fair value right now balancing out both potential and risk. 30M market cap or so. That's my view only.
