Can somebody please explain to me if disclosure rules would prevent the company from divulging finance information to any prospective companies we may be dealing with. For example if the company was ordering long lead items for plant construction , would they be able to give suppliers some security of contract being fulfilled as commercial in confidence , with some assurance that finance is solid. May be hard to place these orders without some surety.
