    My take on the management situation is that BPT either wants out at a fair price (51 cents) or have operational control. Either way, they still obviously think there is a valuable resource there. BPT are trying to ensure they win either way. If they sell out, they can address their debt.

    Just need an announcement regarding JV or merger and things will be alright. There is also Otway news soon. A year ago most were largely on the blue sky this offered...now we have a heap of gas prospects as well.
