Yeah I did this research very early on. I am personally more qualified than Athan but apparently he has "diverse experience". I also saw somewhere that he had a bachelor of commerce. However, I could not find any evidence of it anywhere. I'm doubting the validity of the qualification at this stage because there is no record anywhere - that I could find.
Re: the Australian Institute of Company Directors cert.... I don't hold this in a very high regard. I suspect this is more of a meeting place for the boys/gals who want to be directors of boards. Help out ya mates get to the top and just take from there. Also this is the place that teaches you that a Managing Director and CEO are very similar but different. Most people wouldn't know who the real boss is just by the name. So the way that they distinguish themselves is their salary...Athan = $362k-- Marty = $360k.
Who is more important? haha this is child like behaviour and we are paying for this junk.
