great to see the feedback my original post has generated. a good read.

my stance has not changed though. even with copper flat overnight and both the DOW and the london sp down. monday will see a fall again but to reiterate, i don't think it'll go much below $24, it may dip below that but it won't be far and won't be for long.

at some point support will be found (i think it already has been) and the price will stop falling.

lets face it, the price is already so low, there not too much now that can push it much further down. point in case: yesterday, the night before yesterday's trading the price in London took a massive hit, but up until 5 mins before the opon on the ASX the price was actually higher than the previous day. when it did drop, it failed completely to go below $24 when really a similar percentile drop at the london price would of seen it trade around $23.60. There was very obviously strong support yet there was no reason at all based on market factors for there to be any support for the price (given the falls in copper and sp on other exchanges).

my position: i'm not buying more, but am certainly holding my current holding. i got in at an average price of 25.53 so yeah, i'm well down, but i don't think it'll be for long.
