Surely this LIC, trading at a 35% discount to its NTA, will at the very least move up to its cash backing valuation. NTA is currently 37c. Current share price is 25c. This LIC could even trade at a premium if management are clever enough to make a nice acquisition with the cash. Looks like a BUY to me! If nothing happens you're getting a 35% discount to its NTA!
