With the raising of working capital now at 5 cps, that gives all shareholders who are in for the long haul to have the opportunity to help the company and those who don't to sell out.

PAA needs the four or five million to see us over the mark for our trials, and to put runs on the board. The company has managed to overcome the main hurdle which was the taste of PPL1 and we now have our second lot of canine trials underway. Indeed we need more funds to get us over the line and especially to list on NASDAQ. They have very stringent rules allowing a company to list and PAA can and will pass them and we will list.

With regards to being fully underwritten in the USA, PAA must get its share price up and we must be able to show runs on the board.

A major point that is being over looked, is the pure and simple fact, is that when PAA is able to demonstrate with the current canine trials being run now and in the future, is that NOVATIS ANIMAL HEALTH can exercise its option in PAA. I am of the understanding that would mean that they will give us an amount of money to make this run and progress at a much faster pace. In the long term PAA would receive income from NOVATIS ANIMAL HEALTH under licence as a royalty for PAA.

Finally I believe that the most important part about the canine trials, is when they show regression and or stability in cancers in canines that there would have to be somewhere I would guess upwards of an 80% chance that we could move forwards in the treatment of humans with PPL1.

There are exciting time ahead for PAA, with todays announcement for raising capital a big step in the right direction for this company to suceed and progress well in the years to come.
