Also, there's no way the SP will be in the low 30c during the AGM. I assume everyone wants to have a nice, comfortable voting session, so +40c should be possible. And then December sell signal again, triggered by the scoping study news.
Call me cynical, but after the last 6 months this is the pattern that I see until we get a new registry and a much stronger management and BoD.
Most likely scenario: resolution 9 & 10 will pass and shortly thereafter changes in board and team will be announced...
