If "all queries from BSI have been cleared and confirmed by BSI in 4 separate memos", as previously stated back in January this year, then there's nothing to await. It's called "fast track" for a reason. There is simply no truth in this statement. Not convinced? Ring BSI and ask them how long after all issues have been resolved will CE certification be issued. They'll tell you panel review takes approximately 10 business days. The above statement is simply untrue.
It is beyond doubt that BSI have told OncoSil the clinical evidence is insufficient and that human trials are required.
