If FAR were a bit cheeky (and I'm NOT sure if it's allowed), FAR would post an ASX announcement like:
FAR notes COP's SEC announcement confirming the sale of its asset to WPL and also notes WPL's ASX announcement confirming the purchase of COP's shares (in contrast to COP's asset).
We have sought clarification from WPL and COP whether the transfer involves the asset or the shares in COP.
I don't think it's allowed, but it would seriously be funny if FAR did that (well not really, but interesting).
FAR lawyers would probably be don't play these games lol and just reserve our rights..
