you will find ozminerals need to build this plant pretty soon, and if the arrium deal drags on, or buyer is some sort of competitor then they would be forced to go else where, the rumor is port pirie, remembering southern iron original owners were going to rail that iron ore to port pirie, but then later arrium brought the mine to railed it to whyalla.
I see it more as a timing issue if whyalla misses out.
