    Surely the Chairman and the other Directors would not head off to Perth to fight the Supreme Court case against Aphrodite and not turn up at the AGM set down for 30 November in Melbourne! I thought I saw a media release some months ago saying the Court case was starting 28 November and was set down for 5 days. That may have changed?
