UK market has recovered from its initial sell off. The impact to CL8 from the election would be minimal if not positive.
As finances get tighter industry will look at seeking cheaper ways to obtain assets, whether it be Industrial Equipment, Office Equipment, and Vehicles etc. Whilst the mums and dads will be looking at best value for money when it comes to everyday activities, holidays, transport or tools and equipment for those one of tasks. Those with the assets will be looking to make an income from their idle assets as seen with the car dealerships.
With more and more companies and individuals looking to make an alternative income CL8 broadly facilitates both sides of the P2P economy. The fundamentals and growth has, whilst been slow, seems to be now growing exponentially. When it comes to owning CL8 I am not concerned that the political climate will affect the value negatively.
