Honestly I think that is a little harsh IMO and am happy to support the resolutions. Relative to this time last year and what the company set out to do this year, the company has moved forward in leaps and bounds, it has remained on track with areas of growth and with the development of the business as well as adding a few strings to the bow. I just wander if your views would be different if the SP only rallied to 50c last year (to where it probably should have been). If you look at relative salaries of some other small caps (I am sure there are many more on the other end of the scale but) as a percentage of market cap and then take into account what specifically NC has put into the business and where the business is going then I have no qualms about supporting the recommendations of the remuneration pannel.
