Commsuck...HAHAHA!!! Why the F can they not get it right! Surely they should be prepared for high usage times, that's when they should be firing into high gear to help their customers either buy or sell, there's always money to be made somewhere! Sent a complaint there way:

I’d like to complain about the service issues experienced by commsec users this month. I’m most disappointed by the outages so far. It is not my intention to come across as rude however I don’t care much for any apologetic reply, I would only like to request that you sort out these problems and make the service better. Additionally, I understand this month may have seen increased usage of the commsec platform, but commsec should be prepared for such events…obviously not! Please sort it out!
