The only thing we can do is submit a complaint on the official web-page ( under the Support tab). If they get swamped with written complaints it may assist in getting them to re-focus on system reliability. Venting our frustration on HC is one thing, but to get some action ( or the hope for) submit the complaint form, as I have just done. I stressed that above all else, system reliability is paramount and we would like to hear that they are dong something to address this. Silence is not an option.
