Sadly, to my mind, if labour, especially youth labour, is to be mispriced, economics, the evil arbitrator, will choose not to utilise the(ir) factor. Unemotive economics doesn't understand personal pronouns, so it is more 'the' factor' than 'their factor'.
In the wings, lies not only all those employed 'pink' umpa loompa's but the workers as yet untapped in Nigeria, Congo, Venezuela, et al. where there is no pretense at entitlement.
