The independent barrister will announce their decision re the WTG litigation sometime very soon, possibly next week or the one following.

I hope he/she green lights proceedings for the sake of all holders. What do you think would happen to our share price if the case was rejected? I suspect we'd plummet to all time lows.

This is an enormous risk event that is rapidly coming to the fore. I wish we had more visibility about the T&Cs of the escrow arrangement.
