Graphite get your head out of your own.... pipe dream. china has the necessity to stop polluting the air it literally killing their people. electric cars and busses will be the norm. China has 1 billion more people than america that is not over exaggeration that is a fact. What happens when china see the need to decentralise energy oligopolies. The market today has made it pretty clear that Trump like him or not really doesn't change all that much.
