I may well be wrong, but I actually think the household name will include all Dealer Groups within the brand. If we're lucky enough for it to be the largest in Australia - AMP - this would mean that the deal will include AMPFP, Charter, Hillross and ipac Dealer Groups.

Why do I think this??? A few reasons:
1. Commentary from the recent investor presentations suggested the decision has to go to Board level for sign off at its next meeting in December (or possibly February). I believe a Dealer Group would probably have the autonomy to execute a decision like this themselves and suggests to me that the decision is being made at Board level because it involves all licences within the Group.
2. I still lean towards it being AMP due to the ipac/PC experience of actually being an Intiger client. And I know for a fact that more and more decisions are being made with a view to combining all the licences under the AMPFP banner (approved product lists are gradually being combined into one and I think it's already been announced that some/all of ipac will become AMPFP soon).
3. With that said, I'd be amazed if AMP (if I've guessed the household name correctly) then turn around and sign an agreement that covers only one of their licences. Especially when they are struggling to increase profitability of the brand.

If I was betting I'd say the agreement will be for the entire group, but might be phased in or trialled by one licence (ipac first?) at a time.

Time will tell.
