Is this just a mechanism to move money from WUC to Pinon Ridge?
I assume PR doesn't have the ability to raise cash on it's own, and it would not be possible for WUC to pay development costs for another companies development unless an agreement like this was struck. Likewise they want to keep the companies insulated from each other so acquiring it is also not an option (at this stage).
Have you got any thoughts on it slick?
