We agree maggie, however the only way to have an increase in oil price is to reassure the Saudi's that Iran has no profit to spend on weapon's!
Trump's policy of ripping up the Iran deal on nuclear weapon's and reinstating the sanctions does that!
So higher oil prices are on the way at the expense of the Iranian's, imo.
So a higher price here is assured and investment here is a matter of timing as it's always been.
And has nothing to do with any negative comments in chat rooms!
