Agree Greg..., The resent fluctuations in the SP may or may not reflect the upcoming placement to b voted at the AGM..
A positive is, if approved by vote, more funding hence more time...
I too believe that only, and if, a deal is done then the truer value will follow.
If one believes that the science is seen as valuable, then averaging down now is a great opportunity...
For example, why throw good money after bad if their is no hope? Well, at least the current holder wishing to take the placement, thinks it's a good thing.
