probably more that with such a big cross trade, they just wanted to confirm rather than let the market speculate...
share registry updates after settlement i would assume? so not for another day or two, but im not sure...
anyway, company would be happy to get this news out there... possible signal for the bottom of the market? at least for the moment, riding the post trump nation building commodity wave... not sure how that will affect oil prices though, could be the start of a range of approvals for fracking, lng terminals etc...
