    Im looking to pick up a few MDC shares but with the run its had im hoping someone with more experience can shed some light on a good entry price. Is there likely to be a bit of a retrace anytime soon? down to early 60's, or is 70 now the new base? i read in one of their announcements they are still expecting to be cash flow negative for a little while and rumblings of a future credit raise. any help is much appreciated.
