Butt-ing head at/with Wellard

This is shaping up to be a massive corporate ding dong.

I know the in-doubt voter normally supports the incumbent board in these sorts of battles, but then Wellard's board has its own challenges, not least overseeing the worst float of 2015 and loss of $450m in market cap since listing. Getting a newbie, even if representing the 3rd biggest shareholder, could surely not make matters worse for all shareholders? And Wellard's counter claim that Butt Nominees rep Tyron Dennison may be conflicted doesn't fly in the face of Greg Wheeler conflicts, which Wellard says it can handle without problem.
