I wouldn't be surprised if some of those sell orders at 2.6 to 2.8 are place holders as well, ready to be pulled if a good announcement proceeds the open...
Then factor in DT'ers possibly getting on board, and maybe some more quick parcels for longer termers if the announcement really impresses, a 3 cent open isn't out of the question...
